Many thanks for your order. We aim to PHONE or EMAIL the contact details on all orders within 2 working days of receipt to confirm your order.

We aim to delivery your product as quickly as possible thereafter. Regularly visited areas should receive orders within 2-4 working days of our phone call or email to you – not 2-4 days from the initial order receipt email. However infrequently visited areas may be up to 5 working days.

To avoid disappointment we would encourage you to phone your supplying branch to establish an approximate indication of current expected lead-in times.

The delivery price for every order will be calculated at the end of the order process. Once you have all the products you require in your basket, when you begin to complete your order, the delivery price will be calculated and shown clearly. The delivery charges are based on deliveries within an approximate 10 mile distance from our depots.

For deliveries out with this radius an additional charge may be applicable. Please contact our depots to enquire if we can delivery to a location not included within the standard selection. If we can, then we will.

The standard delivery service is to a suitable hard standing area adjacent to the road. If crane offloading over walls, fencing, hedges, etc. is requested – it will be at our driver’s discretion once they have completed a thorough risk assessment.

You can pick materials up from our depots or we can deliver them to your site or home. We can arrange for large quantities of materials to be delivered direct to site by the manufacturer. We can also arrange crane-offloading facilities when required.
